Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be made after the Conference as follows:

Cancellation on or before 31st March 2026	50% Refund
Cancellation after 31st March 2026	No Refund

Visa
International delegate may need visa to enter Malaysia. Please enquire from our High Commission or Embassy in your country. If you require an official letter of invitation from the organizer please write to us.

Insurance
The organizer accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, or loss of or damaged to property belonging to participants, incurred either during or after the congress. Delegates are advised to take/buy their own insurance policies.

Photography Disclaimer
By attending the Borneo Cardiology Conference photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by the congress official ads/or photographers at anytime. Furthermore, you grant the congress organisers permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
